1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period are not eligible. A return may be approved if:

The return is submitted within the 14-day return window and the item remains unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
Returns cannot be accepted if:
The product has been opened, used, tested, worn, or altered in any way.
The product packaging, accessories, or protective seals are missing.
Damage occurred after delivery due to handling, storage, or use.
The return request is submitted after the return period.
2. How to Request a Return
Customers must contact Cravix Support within 24β48 hours of delivery to initiate a return request.
Clear photos or videos must be provided so we can verify the issue.
Once the return is reviewed and approved, instructions will be shared for sending the item back. The item must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to Cravixβs responsibility (damaged item, incorrect item shipped, or quality issue), Cravix will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to a customer-related reason (change of mind, incorrect product chosen, preference-based dissatisfaction), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount.
4. Inspection & Processing Time
Returned items are inspected upon arrival at our facility.
Once inspection is complete, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
If the returned item does not meet the eligibility conditions listed above, the refund may be denied and the item may be returned to the customer.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Depending on your card provider or bank, additional time may be required for the funds to reflect in your account.
Cravix does not issue refunds via cash, checks, or alternative payment methods.
6. Exchanges
Cravix does not offer product exchanges.
Customers may return an eligible item and place a separate order for the preferred item.
