This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered within the United States.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) before 5:00 PM (EST) begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays begin processing the following business day.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

If additional processing time is required due to high demand, product availability, or verification requirements, the customer will be contacted directly via email.

2. Shipping Coverage

Cravix ships exclusively within the United States.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

3. Shipping Cost

Cravix offers Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Any limited-time shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

Standard Transit Time: 3–5 business days (after dispatch).
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4–7 business days including processing.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination:
Urban and metropolitan areas typically receive faster delivery.
Remote or rural areas may require additional transit time.

Please note that carrier delays, weather conditions, and seasonal peak times may affect delivery estimates.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your shipment details and a tracking number.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s system.

6. Delivery Responsibility

After the package has been transferred to the courier, transit responsibility is held by the carrier.
If the courier marks the package as delivered but the customer is unable to locate it, the customer must contact the courier directly.
Cravix will support by providing all available tracking and shipment information.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Cravix is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery charges.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Any issues regarding lost, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Claims are investigated in cooperation with the courier.
If verified, Cravix will arrange either a replacement or resolution in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Restrictions

Cravix does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or DPO addresses.
Shipments may not be possible to certain restricted areas. Customers will be contacted if this affects their order.
